One of my favorite lyrics is from The Beatles' song 'Blackbird': "Take these broken wings and learn to fly". My hope is that in working together I will help fortify your inner strength to take control over your life. Therapy begins with building a strong rapport to allow me to learn who you are so that I can provide the feedback in the way that best fits your needs and personality. You can expect to laugh and enjoy the process while also learning strength, accountability, and control.

Rapport is singularly the 'make or break' in a therapeutic relationship. I enjoy learning who I am working with and identifying the patterns in behaviors to pave the way for change.

I have worked with adults both inpatient and outpatient settings for drug and alcohol abuse, and addiction. In addition to Six Ten Counseling, I currently work at a methadone program for Opioid Use Disorder. I specialize in addiction treatment and am passionate about providing services to this population. I also work with veterans and first responders for stress-related problems. I have experience with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. No one is beyond help as long as there is effort for progress.
